Zöld hegyek és türkiz óceán Tenerifén

Our story

Tenerife gave us the idea

Every Coralielle candle begins on an island where the volcano meets the ocean, and the trade winds carry the scent of laurel forests.

Why Tenerife?

Coralielle was born on the south-west coast of Tenerife, where the sun shines more than 300 days a year. What started as a single pot of wax on a kitchen table became an atelier — because this island slows you down and teaches you to notice light, warmth and scent.

Our fragrances come straight from the island: the coconut and santal of the south coast, the wild flowers of the Anaga mountains, the salt of the Atlantic. Each candle is poured by hand in small batches, the way the island taught us — slowly, carefully, with attention.

Our island

Three places that live in every Coralielle scent.

  • Mount Teide — 3,715 m

Spain's highest peak, a sleeping volcano above the clouds.

  • Anaga laurel forest

A prehistoric green jungle, UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

  • Coralielle atelier

Where every candle is poured, labelled and packed by hand.

An island of contrasts

300+ sunny days

One of the mildest climates on Earth — eternal spring.

Born from a volcano

Black lava beaches and mineral-rich volcanic soil.

Surprisingly green

Almost half of the island is protected natural area.

The Atlantic all around

Trade winds bring clean ocean air to every coastline.

Did you know?

…48% of Tenerife is protected nature — including the Teide National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site?

…the laurel forests of Anaga are living fossils — the same green jungle that covered southern Europe millions of years ago?

…the trade winds make the north of the island lush and green, while the south glows in warm gold — two climates on one island?

The hands behind the flame

“I moved to Tenerife for a summer and stayed for the light. Coralielle is my way of sending a little of that island warmth to your home — one hand-poured candle at a time.”
